अमित कुमार के पैर छूये और धमाका हो गया महेश कुमार बिना रुके सारी घटना बता रहे
थे। महेश कुमार ने बताया की सब इंस्पेक्टर नेहा जिस काले चश्मे बाले की बात कर रही
थी वह राजन था, जो इस घटना को अंजाम देने के लिए 2 साल से तैयारी कर रहा था। वह
पीएम की मीटिंग में जाकर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था का जायजा लेता, उसने हर जगह इतनी पहचान
बना ली थी कि उसे किसी भी मीटिंग जाने से नहीं रोका जाता था। राजन ने सुरक्षा की
कमी का फायदा उठाया और अपने मकसद में कामयाब हो गया, नेहा के अतिरिक्त किसी ने भी
उसे नोटिस नहीं किया। लेकिन नेहा उसे रोक नहीं सकी क्यों कि सिस्टम उसके साथ नहीं
था। अंतत: राजन अमित कुमार कि हत्या करने में कामयाब हो गया। अपनी बात कहते हुए
महेश कुमार कुछ देर के लिए रुके तो पूरे हाल में सन्नाटा छा गया। कुछ देर शांत रहने
के बाद महेश कुमार ने कहा-"सत्ता परिवर्तन ज्यादा सफल नहीं रहा केपी सिंह ने कुछ ऐसी
गलती की जिनके कारण देश में आतंक की जड़ें मजबूत हो गयी जिसका खामयाजा देश को कश्मीर
फ़ाइल के रूप में भारना पड़ा। जब केपीसिंह पी एम बने तो उनकी सबसे बड़ी भूल सईद खान को
गृह मंत्री बनाना था, सईद के गृह मंत्री बनने के बाद कश्मीर के अलगाबबादी नेता
पाकिस्तान की गोद में जाकर बैठ गए तथा उनके इशारे पर सईद की बेटी हिना का अपहरण कर
लिया गया। उसके बदले में पाँच आतंकी रिहा करने की मांग की गयी, केपी सिंह की कमजोर
निर्णय क्षमता एवं अदूरदर्शता के कारण आतंकबादियो को रिहाकर दिया गया। सरकार की
कमजोरी का फायदा उठाकर कई नामचीन लोगों का अपहरण किया गया। कई हत्याएं की गई कश्मीर
घाटी नर्क बन गया, हजारों कश्मीरी हिन्दुओ को रातों- रात कश्मीर छोड़कर भागना पड़ा।
आतंक की आग ने हजारों लोगों को बेघर कर दिया सैकड़ों लोगों की हत्या कर दी गई।
केंद्र सरकार मूक दर्शक बनकर देख रही थी। दूसरी तरफ कश्मीर सरकार आतंकियो को शरण दे
रही थी।" महेश कुमार ने अपनी बात आगे बड़ाते हुए कहा -"आतंकी खुलेआम टेलीविजन पर
इंटव्यू देता है कि उसने 20 लोगों को गोली से उड़ा दिया। लेकिन उसके खिलाफ कोई
कार्यवाही नहीं कोई एफ आई आर नहीं ऐसे हजारों मामले थे, जिनमेँ कश्मीरी हिन्दूयों की
न कोई रिपोर्ट लिखी गई न उनको सुरक् षाप्रदान कि गई हजारों हिन्दू, घाटी से पालयन कर गए, लेकिन
यह सब कश्मीर फाइल में दबकर रह गया, फाइल बनाने बाले अधिकारी गुमनामी में खो गए
सरकार के पास कश्मीरी हिंदुओं के लिए न कोई सहानुभूति थी न ही उनके जख्मों पर लगाने के लिए मलहम।"
महेश कुमार ने एक ठंडी सांस ली, पूरे हॉल में सन्नाटा था। अपनी बात समाप्त करते हुए

कार्य करते हैं तथा हिन्दू समिति का जिला मंत्री का दायित्व सभाल रहे हैं। इनकी
कार्यप्रणाली एवं लोकप्रियता को देखते हुए शिव नगर का नेतृत्व इन्हे सौपा जा रहा
है।" हॉल तालियों से गूंजने लगा अभिमन्यु ने हाथ जोड़कर सबका अभिवादन किया।
